The bathtub in our primary bathroom cracked and led to water damage in both the bathroom and bedroom. Christian and his team were great and we are very happy with the remediation and remodel they did for us. They brought my vision perfectly to life. Now I have an upgraded tub and it's just beautiful. The niche is my favorite part.Thank you, Christian!

We recently discovered a leak in our bathroom and hired a plumber (Proven, wonderful!) to assess. They promptly recommended their colleagues at Restoration 1 to do the demolition required to assess the deep pipes of issue. The team at Restoration 1 has been top notch- Cody came out promptly to assess the situation, explain the details of such a job, and how they work with or without insurance to get the job done. Cody was so so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with our questions. We knew we would go with R1 right away after chatting with Cody. Hector promptly got us schedule with Travis and Juan for demo. Travis and Juan were very thoughtful with the demo and removed only what was absolutely necessary and with care to minimize risk to the surrounding area. Travis explained things very well- now we are onto the drying process! We plan to continue to use Restoration 1 with the remodel and will post subsequent reviews with our experience.

Had a leak issue and called Restoration 1 — so glad I did. Our initial point of contact was Matt who was great at explained everything and stayed to ensure our call with the insurance company went well. We moved from there to demolition. We immediately received a call from the project manager Hector to schedule the demo and start to restoration process. Benny and Armondo came out and were awesome. Super friendly, worked fast, and did a really clean job tearing out the damaged flooring and drywall. They set up fans to dry everything out and made sure we understood what was going on the whole time. Great experience overall — thanks to everyone! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Cody came out to assess some water damage at my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and integrity. After thoroughly inspecting the area, he let me know it had already dried out safely and didn't actually require any costly repairs. Finding an honest company that prioritizes customer trust over a quick sale is rare. Highly recommend!

So far, so good! We had an upstairs toilet leak through to the office below. I called 3 different companies to come and do inspections and we settled on Restoration 1. I'll start with Cody. Cody came out for the initial inspection. The other two companies we had out to assess the damage did not find everything that Cody did, so the choice was easy. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He also happened to be here while our homeowners claim handler called, and even though he was just here for an inspection (i.e. we had not yet decided on who we were doing business with), he graciously listened in and filled in a couple of blanks for me on that call. Brandon and Juan came the next day (today) to do the remediation part. Both men were professional and thorough with their detailed inspection and set up of equipment. Brandon explained what steps they were going to take, what every machine was for and what the follow up will be, as well as answered my (additional) questions. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who may (unfortunately) need this kind of service. It's definitely not something a homeowne
